The mind control has you thinking that these long time repbublicans like Lankford are all of a sudden fakes and dem plants. Do you not notice the irony?
I didn't say that Lankford or McConnell are fakes, just that they are out of step with where the majority of their peers, as well as the party at large, are on the specific issue of immigration. It's not exactly a secret that the donor class (of both parties) wants a steady influx of cheap labor and thus supports high volumes of immigration. It's an issue which divides leadership and the rank and file on the political right in pretty much every country, not just the US.

btw the vote you posted isnt for the border bill its a random veteran bill not the border security bill... hello?
Sorry, I gave you a bad link. What I wrote is still correct though. Here's a CNN article (that's hopefully an acceptable source to you):
https://edition.cnn.com/politics/live-news/senate-vote-border-bill-aid-02-07-24/index.html#:~:text=The%20vote%20was%2049%20to,Trump%20and%20top%20House%20Republicans.&text=GOP%20%E2%80%9Cyes%E2%80%9D%20votes%20from%20Sens,Susan%20Collins%20and%20Mitt%20RomneyQuote
- The vote was 49 to 50. At least 60 votes were needed for it to move forward.
- GOP “yes” votes from Sens. James Lankford, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins and Mitt Romney
- Democratic “no” votes from Sens. Bob Menendez, Alex Padilla, Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey
- Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders voted “no"
- Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer voted "no" — which allows him to make a procedural maneuver in the future to bring it back up.
