Initially it would be a normal item with normal drop rate. Hmm, the factor of the amount of Extra Item Slots should be the same as the EES on items, I just listed it at the heat of the moment.
Here is an example:Angelic tintitanium utility belt
Level Req: 50
+26 Strength
+4 Vitality
+11 Extra Item Slots+8% Mana Syphon
or with 100% Enhanced EffectMythical tintitanium utility belt
Level Req: 50
100% Enhanced Effect+26 Strength
+4 Vitality
+22 Extra Item Slots+8% Mana Syphon
