Hi all
I have some very odd build ideas I would love to test out.

Any of these charges BM; Inner Sight, Fissure, Teeth, Cloak of shadows, weaken, Bone Spear, Sacrifice, Zeal or Ice Bolt ?

I'm assuming necro using amp is BM on 1 vs 1.

what exactly is your question:

1. Are items with those charges considered BM?
2. Are there items with those charges available for lvl18?
3. Something completely different

1) are they consider bm ?
2) yes they are available.
3) we never know.

Makes a difference on weather I play HC or SC for collecting items that ppl would never have.

Melee skill charges are considered gm. Melee nec can use Amp and zeal charges

All others are useless or bm
