It might have to do with what Bank you're using and/or your location. Like a certain country or something. Also are you using a debit card or credit card? credit might get rejected.

That is why PayPal balance have exist.

Opened a new account. Deposited the amount they asked for to make this work and guess what that was just more of the same bs rejection.

So I went to a old bank that I have not used here and got a credit card for the second time today... and that was rejected...

thinking I do not need this crap and I will spend the 500 on each card on scratchers

Now I know being a cash guy is outdated but this is just not what anyone needs.

Oh and I have also tried a debit card I bought at Walmart... now I am getting nonstop bank alerts for doing this

Ok had a one way talk with the bank manager. He said he cleared this... money was paid, but I don’t see the fg!

It takes some time for your first purchase ever bud. I forget how long but I would imagine 24-72 hours max.

Not first time but it has been about 15 or more years

That could be why it is taking so long if your bank has confirmed the transaction.

Are you trying to go through an existing PayPal account and add a new card to it? This can be a complete pain in the a**. When it asks you how to continue, don’t go through your actual PayPal account, continue as guest.

I had an issue going thru my actual paypal, but once I used as “guest” or not signed in, went through immediately.
