I created a card game called Distributor in January 2024

Once I got the idea I wrote out all the initial rules and buffs, which in this game are called Formations. There are only 4 atm

I then wrote out the creatures and cards, approx 150. All in time spent is probably 3 hours thus far.

I then took a crash course in uploading cards to table top simulator and learned how to upload 70 cards at once. And learned that you can actually only upload 69 because slot 70 must be your card back or your cards won't come out right.

After, I created the cards, which took about 24 hours in total. I used https://mtgcardsmith.com/ to create the cards and https://perchance.org/ai-character-generator for the art.

Once the cards were created, it was a matter of minutes before they were loaded into table top.

First I separated the cards by mana cost. Then, created the first two decks. Played a few games, got some input back and did some balancing in the rules and cards. Finally, I separated the cards by effects and have a nice save file which includes: all 145ish cards, 2 card sorting methods: card type and mana cost, creature tokens, mana and ability tokens, player ability card, 4+ premade decks to choose from, and finally a nice large d20 to roll to see who goes first.

I created a Discord server for those interested in learning more info or finding others interested in playing - e4CrRVYccc

More updates to come.
