I have this laptop that is 5 or 6 years old that I haven't been using because it was so slow

I just decided to try the built in reset option, and now it doesn't even detect my internet card. All it has is airplane mode option

Wondering if this is an issue anyone had had with some tips to fix? I already downloaded the driver and installed it but made no difference

Thx

You might need to turn airplane mode off. Usually it’s the FN key combined with the F key that has an airplane on it.
You may be able to search “airplane” after pressing the windows key to turn this off too.

A lot of the time you can uninstall the network driver and restart, it will automatically try to reinstall the driver. Right click on start, go to device manager, check network adapters to see if it's been disabled.

My airplane mode is off, but it's the only option that comes up in my network settings

Not sure if I got the right one
I downloaded from the Intel site, "windows 10 and windows 11 wi-fi drivers for Intel wireless adapters"

Is the right one even in my list in device manager? Not sure which one it would be. I disabled the first one (bluetooth device (personal area network) and restarted, it didn't do anything

Hope the pics in previous post can help someone help me
The model of the laptop is Asus ux330c

It says wi-fi not enabled in the last picture. Can you go to the same screen as the first picture and click “change adapter options”? Hopefully there you should be able to right click and enable your wi-fi adapter if you downloaded the right driver
