Will my sin reach max trap laying bp using these: 40ias greater claw/chaos runic talons if I have an extra 15 ias from a jewel? Or does the greater claw being 10% slower base than gt prevent that from happening? I've heard that with the additional 40ias and 15 more from another source makes up for it but I wanna be sure

Greater claw needs 63ias for max trap speed.

After arach slow, it needs 89ias for max trap speed

does other gear with ias (helm jewels and highlords) make up for it?
