Let a lower court strike it down and then refuse to certify the appeal.
If delay is a win he has "won" a couple recent things, but I think that's too low of a bar.

And yes, the delays are one of the main goals of Trump's legal team. That's why they're churning out insane legal theories. The goal clearly is to delay the trials until after he has secured the GOP nomination - at that point, it will be politically unfeasible to actually sentence him or remove him from the ballot before the November election. And if he wins in November, virtually all of his legal troubles will go away. If he loses against Biden, he can fuck off to Dubai or some remote island. It's not like Biden would send Seal Team Six to capture him and bring him back in that scenario - most of the country would just be happy and relieved that he's gone.
The trials can also help him rally his base for the general election.
