People flighting, kids with fireworks causing havoc, looting started and someone called active shooter so the city responded with all units.

thats all that happened, there is plenty of footage of everything and the whole alien meme video is just 3 ppl walking near eachother. Some dude on social media made a joke about aliens and ppl ran with it.
