Hey, in my opinion its not worth it to try and change your motherboard for a newer gen. You will probably have to change your cooler (i saw some older aio cooler have custom braket to fit new gen), your ram, and cpu.
If you decide to continue with the new motherboard your graphic card is getting old for newer ryzen it will bottleneck while gaming.
I think your best way to upgrade and keep your expense to the minimum would be to sell your current pc and build a new one around the motherboard depending if it worth it or not for your needs
About your ram on the motherboard you can verify here which gen cpu and speed of ram you can have on the board here: https://www.asus.com/ca-en/motherboards-components/motherboards/tuf-gaming/tuf-gaming-x570-plus/techspec/
