Looks like the cpu fan connector on the motherboard is loose or faulty. just resit it and reboot and see what happens

old post sure but i like to shut down my computer once a week and clean the fans and blow it out with a electric duster also since pc cases are large and riddled with shadows use a bright led light and look for any plugs that might be showing wear or prefail parts that could use replacement.

if you did that maybe you could have noticed a fan plug that is not completely plugged in or maybe dust is causing an arcking effect on the motherboard. hell even a dead fly can conduct electricity and short something out. its about keeping your hardware as clean as possible by using hepa filters or merv13+ filters in your room and before the fan on the pc case.

and prebuilt computers like "CyberPowerPC"are really badly build poor using quality parts. just go on amazon and build it from the case + motherboard + cpu - up
