It has to be amd, less than 120 dollars, and better than the rx580.

I don't think you will find anything better at that price unless you look at the used market. You might find a used 5700xt for $120, about a 60% increase in performance over the 580. A better option would be a used 6600 xt for around $160 a 100% increase in performance over a 580. https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-RX-6600-XT-vs-AMD-RX-580/4117vs3923

If you can switch to nvidia you might find a used 1080 ti for ~ $160 which is about a 20% increase in performance over the 6600 xt.

How much power does 1080 use?

1080 = 180w or about 450 watt power supply

1080 ti= 250w

6600xt = 160w

The 1080 was made in 2016. It may be better to go with a 6600xt. It was released in 2021 and uses less power.

I saw the 6600 was able to run Alan wake 2 at 58 to 63 fps.

That means the 5700 and 1080 isn’t going to work this time.

A 6600 XT is probably your best bet. If you aren't sure if your pc build can handle a better GPU, put your system specs into pcpartpicker and look at the wattage requirement. Post it here if you need a different opinion. Good luck
