My buddy wants to build a gaming PC for $1,000 but he didn't give me any specifications beyond that. Can anyone build him a box for a thousand bucks. You don't need peripherals or Windows or anything. Just a thousand bucks for the actual tower itself.

No preference to any brand. Best $1,000 gaming PC for Diablo 4 and probably Bethesda games.

I say you can have a 4050 gpu and 32 gb ram and 3tb ssd and a good built in Wi-Fi adapter i9 cpu.

To be honest it's overkill.
You chose a CPU too powerful and a GPU too weak. 32GB of RAM is not needed and who needs 3TBs of SSD space?
