I know nothing aside I need more space. I currently have 1T on a 1T SSD.

Below are pictures I've found of my motherboard and I just need to know what I should get and it will work. (I'm a gamer)

Here is what I was looking at and want to know if this will work

SanDisk Ultra 3D NAND 2TB Internal
SSD - SATA III 6 Gb/s, 2.5"/7mm,
Up to 560 MB/s - SDSSDH3-2T00-G25

$104.99

Or this weird one that looks like a ram stick

SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB NVMe
M.2 Internal Solid State Hard Drive
w/V-NAND Technology, Storage and Memory Expansion for Gaming,
Graphics w/Heat Control, Max Speed, MZ-V7S2T0B/AM

$117.59

Which would be better? does the Samsung one work for mine? I noticed that my motherboard has an M.2 slot...

I'm lost, please help.

Edit: I'll take any other suggestions for other ssd that are better or other opinions.

Get this. This fits in your M.2 slot. Its the newer version of SSD. It is better for gaming. Easy to install. Look up a video before installing though as it sounds like you're very inexperienced. Easier for you to see than it is for me to type out the instructions.

After installing said SSD(M.2 nvme drive in your scenario) you still need to format it/let windows recognize that you have a drive otherwise it won't appear.

Also agree with maybe watch a Linus Tech Tips video or literally anyone on Youtube space for pc building.

The M.2 nvme drive install is literal like 5 secs on your motherboard.

You do need to be mindful which way it's oriented similar to DDR ram sticks(there's a little notch for you to orient before you slide it in just make sure it fits right if not it's kinda like a USB where you know if you try to plug in a USB type A in one way and it doesn't go in, you flip it and it goes in? They only slot in one way, don't force it.
