I have some items for thief, tyrants cape absolab weapon gloves should etc. they say untradeable at the top but on the bottem say use platinum scissors of karma to enable 1 trade. Does this mean i can sell the items?

Yes you can, after buying platinum scissors of karma from cash shop use them on the item then sell it. But look them up first in auction house to see if it’s worth it.

The stuff you mentioned are pretty cheap in ah I’d just buy for messo, or if u are trying to get messo just get nx buy maple points and trade in the maple points in fm at the npc
