why do we see the possibility of adding a person to the friends list if a specific person is already on the list?

i mean the " add to friend list " button on the left corner in people's profile.

is this code bug that cannot be changed ?

If you press this button, you will receive information that this person is already on your friends list. If you would like to suggest that the "added to friends list" inscription should no longer appear next to people who are on the list. Create a topic here:

This isn't an issue. We only check if the user is on your friends list when clicking the button. When you click the button it will let you know if they are already on your list or not. It's not possible to add the same person twice (this would indeed be a bug).
