I see many many people lose their character from a d/c.
In combat -> d/c -> log in -> ghost/died.

Is there any way to appeal this? (record and sent proof?) (anyone tried this?)

I still got my own chars but want to be ready for it

No, get better connection or be in safe spot when you know maintenance is about to shut down the server.

I can’t imagine sending shadowplay to Blizzard is gonna do shit unless they had ddos attacks or something and were looking into mass deaths that occured at the same time due to something of that nature.

There is no appeal system whatso ever. My character died at 45 inside the Darn bank falling through the world and was told submit a bug report and move on. Killed it for me, may try again if appeal systems come into play
