The reason I would like to propose this sub is because GC is far too infested with pointless +1. Which often feels like a kids playground.
Would be nice to come home after work and talk to other adults or have a community which can talk about helpful and practical and finer things in life.

What do you guys think?

If this idea has any legs will be prepared to draft up the rules and a more fleshed out decorum.

Would love if that was a thing. Sadly I don't think it's possible some people just it as a place to troll.

We do have most if not all those subjects in DF
