Pork Sirloin end chops marinated for 24 hours in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and honey garlic sauce

Basmati rice with chopped up broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots mixed with a bit of salt and pepper and drenched in the porkchop juices from the oven pan.

Panseared Porterhouse seasoned with Salt, Black Pepper, Ground Chipotle Pepper. Herb butter for basting and fresh rosemary.
