What build do you guys will play ?

Is barrage cool to play ?

I was thinking going fire druid to start

def go Druid if you like it. Druids have some of the most massive changes from vanilla. AND have had a top 3 build in the game for several seasons.

10 am start in Usa, so in Europe is 16 am?

to be honest i've never played a fire druid in my life , so i thought it was the time to try it into PD2 ahah !
is hell doable ? with fire? is there something like sunder charm ?

All builds are viable in pd2. No sunder charms.

I mean , there's still immune to fire ? or are you able to break them ?

Yes there are still imm's to all elements. However, end game maps generally (maybe always) only spawn with up to 4 immunes, so theres always a map available that doesn't have any immunes of your particular build.
