Was going to go prebuilt for pure laziness. Haven’t built a computer in about 20 years lol. Now leaning to building my own again… Any advice or recommendations on changing any parts from below or good prebuilt deals? I want a 13900K (or KS) and a 4090. Only use will be gaming but I want a top-end setup.

This is what I came up with. Not sure if the PCIe 5 m.2 is worth it? Will an m.2 with heat sink fit on this mobo?

Prebuilt setups I’m looking at are around 4.5k CAD. Open to suggestions, advice or tips.

i sugggest this cooler as the 13900K default voltage set will overheat to 100C without overclocking unless setting voltage limit to lower
