Currently waiting on twin's being born in November, so i planned to do the build before then.
However it's not a huge deal if i should wait if something big is on the horizon (new gpu lineup or something).

My mandatory specs would be highest current gpu (4090 atm), and a 4k 120 (or 144 ideally) hz monitor.
everything else needs to be near the top end or top end, but doesn't need to go overboard if there is no need.

So my question is basically, should I be waiting until November or possibly dec/jan?
Any information on relevant things regarding this?

yeah if you're not in a rush I would wait until November, can find great deals/blowouts for Black Friday during that time
