I often get temptation to buy a newer vehicle but the prices are way too high not to mention the interest rate rising each quarter.
Do you guys also get that short blues and resist the urge to waste on a brand new vehicle?
Nah, that's how they get you. All these new vehicles adding in all these extra sensors, GPS, etc etc and then have the audacity to tell you that your privacy doesn't exist and everyone will sell this data to the highest bidder. From the Car manufacturer, to the dealership, to the auto body repair shop.
We're talking about information like where you live, everywhere you've traveled to, how long you were at each location how fast you were going, how hard you braked, your vehicle repair history, if you were listening to music or on the phone at the time etc etc. and that's if you don't connect your phone via bluetooth or one of the many "CarPlay" type features.
Information that should be protected suddenly is okay to give free and clear.
