it has been a little frustrating to me searching for certain items @ trading grounds for my d4 character,
this is mainly because either the items i needed were way too high in lvl req for my character, sometimes it is never mentioned at all in the thread

imo this data should be mandatory when making a new thread
same way ISO/FT is required to specify while making the thread

Ofc the same field would be needed to add onto the search engine inputs.

Imo that would make the trading experience much easier

algorithem of the search:
if lvl req input is 80 on the search engine -> show all items that are 80 or less, for example, lvl 65 is valid for that search

might run into issues where they post a collage of their items with numerous different level requirements. however, whatever makes it easier for traders i'm not against

Overall, it is a good idea for sure. I am not sure how difficult it would be to implement it, however, and if the efforts would be worth the benefits of such system.
While it is definitely helpful to be able to limit your search precisely to what you are looking for, I think it is fairly easy to check each post that you are interested in as well.
Additionally, I do see potential situations where, as stated in post #2, the system might not work as intended and result in less viable options appearing for users.

I wouldn’t be against it, but they’re just going to say you can see the item level requirement, doubt they add it.

I trust Kevin to do a good job on the implementation, I only gave the general idea

the game has changed now again, highest lvl reqs are 80 so it makes it even easier to filter

can do Class / lvl filter (80 / 60 / under 60)
