For example I know I asked about a professional athlete training split
He replied with a weeks routine of sled pulls, HIIT, etc

Guys - Again my apologies for my absence. School is kicking my ass. However, the moment I get free time I will be back and answering further questions. My heartfelt APPRECIATION to "siaclan" and "Honestly" for taking the time out to label the answers to various questions. That was an EXCELLENT idea and I hope someone can get a mod to create another sticky called something like "SKCRaynor's Health/Fitness FAQs". Raynor, just wanted to say thank you for everything!

1st comp. and She took 3rd place.
Although since it was a teen compatition there was no height catagory so she was srsly a whole head taller than everyone :P
but she seems happy so again ty. :hail:

i gotta question, or possibly a few..

my specs are as follows:
age: 24
height: 6'1"
weight: 165 (very thin not much excess weight)

my goal:
soccer body fully toned light-medium muscles; solid 6 (8?) pack; good cardio my mile is at 8:30 right now and would like to bring up my stamina (3+ miles) in halfway decent time

what ive done so far:
working out everyday now for about week. running everyday and doing random weight lifting. what i really need is a solid workout routine. i cant do any serious leg work outs as i cant afford to be really sore (my job is a LOT of walking). so as far as legs, gotta be light stuff.

couple more questions:
How important is diet? i know i can commit to a solid workout schedule no problem, and i dont have terrible eating habits but i dont know how well i can stick to a good diet. im wondering if i can still reach my goal (time it takes it not important) without a solid eating schedule. also considering everything so far how long do you think it would take for me to reach my goal. also, is it ok to still do pushups everyday and crunches or am i better off sticking to a routine? right now i do about 50 pushups a day and about 200 crunches regardless of what i worked out that day.

I know you've been busy and if you do get around to this post id gladly tip you in FG for your help.

I am looking to get a more lean looking body and more than anything be more healthy, gain around 10-15 lbs of muscle if thats realistic idk and reduce my body fat.

age: 20

height: 5'9"

weight: 185-190 lbs

according to BMI's i am slightly overweight and am looking for a healthy diet/excersise routine.
