I was a 46, right... going for that 50, I promised my horribad friend I'd play with him a bunch and before I knew it he dragged me back down to a damn 41.

Is anyone actually good at SWAT that will play with me and possibly help me reach 46 back, either in one session or intervals?

Those three are godly halo players. I don't play with Iameatyou but Nick (a barger) and cody (v for virtue) are really good and could def help you get your 50 if they wanted to
