i have no legit answer either but in wc3 there is a new patch since 2 days no ladder reset but new patch myb the dia patch will come before april..

i feel the same as you, and for at least the last 6 or 7 months I've heard and seen people on jsp, and in game say ladder reset is in like a week lol... i dont think it will ever come, blizzard is probably waiting to click the final button because there making so much money off all their other games, and when demand starts goin down there gonna go bam and release 1.13 causing thousands to go buy d2, or start playing again

Of course everyone says it's within a week etc, because everyone knows how dumb it is to ask about the reset.
Arreat summit is a few clicks away, and that's the only place to check.

Well..there is going to be a 1.13 c patch.That would require some testing.After that lets hope we will be able to play.

We will be resetting the Diablo II ladder on March 23 with the release of patch 1.13. We anticipate all Diablo II realms to be down for approximately six hours during the reset. More specific information on realm availability on the day of the reset will be posted in the Battle.net Status forum. When the ladder is reset, all existing ladder characters will be converted to non-ladder. All characters and items being converted to non-ladder will remain intact, but once converted these characters will no longer have access to ladder content such as creating ladder-only rune words. first off let me say that ladd will not reset until beta test is done
once done they will announce reset with a minimum one week warning as they have always done
