I sold him a banner but he did not pay me.

I found out that he is using the banner that I made him here: http://forums.d2jsp.org/events.php?a=1&e=29340

For proof that it is the banner that I made, just open the image's properties and read the location of the picture. It is hosted on my photobucket.

1) you got no proof i guess
2) seems like it's just a picture that's "free for all" so as long as you didn't make it yourself, edited it or whatever it's not yours and everyone else can use it as well

lol, using the same base picture isn't ripping, neither of you did anything to is but add an adjustment layer and text. Is your next one going to be accusing everyone who uses the same avatar render as being rippers? XD

so u can use other peoples same base image? add a different color tone and re sell it?

& in landscapes.. thats basically all u can do is add the tones and exposures.. unless u paint it urself..

All you did you was take a wallpaper and add adjustment layers.
He did the same thing.

If anything, you are both ripping from the original photographer.
