There isn't one, but around 60% is what most people use. Anymore than that requires too many skill points.

I'm not sure if anyone has tested it on open, but the skill calculator says you can get 75% with claw block around level ~900

In the unmodded game, using only possible items, 65% (lvl 61) is the highest possible.

This includes a Skill Shrine.

there is no max!
66% it is at lvl 110 (more my sks calculator can not reache)

so its all about gear!
you go +6 +6 claws?
+3gloves exist?
whats the max lvl posible on a sk? 60-61?
