About three months ago people though it was resetting very soon, but i stopped thinking about it.

Why haven't they reset it?

No and no.
1.13 isn't done yet.
Would be stupid to reset ladder now, then reset it again when 1.13 releases.

wouldnt've been stupid if they reset in april or w/e they first announced it

at the rate they work...they probably never will
8 months for handful of minor changes, 1 new set of items and the reallocation add-on.....

I guess they want to reset it the same time as 1.13 goes live on realms
Although it shouldn't take 8 months to Add one new item, change color of rune text, change drop chance for runes, tweak some skills...
