Wings alone are worth the extra 10$, + you get items, and i think the exp scrolls (those might be included with the preorder)

Level 30 wings are 900k btw, no way you'll have that much by 30 unless you get pretty lucky.

And i think they're not as good

the wings help a lot its 40 seconds more flight time which you will find you really need

I don't think every character gets everything dude.

yes they do. same as pre-order items.

You get the normal pre-order in-game items and also here are the CE bonus':

Black Cloud Wings, which greatly enhances a character's flight time,
Black Cloud Earring, which helpfully boosts health and mana while playing,
An exclusive title that will likewise enhance a character's abilities.
Two exclusive character emotes, "Hip hop" and "Boogie" dancing.
A special dye colour to customize a player character's equipment. (Mine is purple not sure if it changes from where you get it from) and i think you get a stack of x10 dye's. i will check and edit this post =]


And ofc you get the nice soundtrack, posters, etc.

you get both

you can put the collectors and preorder items on every character you have on any server, its unlimited, but u can only use each on the character once.
