They make it that way, so the person thinks a little more before doing actions. If it was removed in 1 week, people would be abusing this site even more nonstop.

I don't really know the reason why after so many warns you can't even view your gold log, it really makes no sense. That's why I voted null.

Working as intended. Users with 70% warn cannot possibly use excuses of not knowing the rules, and it is redundant to see what their violations are, since they always know what they've done wrong by the point they hit 70%.
