I think there were couple of WTs (or might just be one) that found JAH on tower lvl 5, next to countess ... Found this table made for rune drops, but it's from 1.10 so MIGHT be a little outdated

At least I personally have got a Ber drop from tower level 5, not from countess but from someone in the same room (it was quite a crowd, so impossible to say which monster because chain lightning took them all down so quickly). About Jah drop in the tower I've never even heard.
