I am not aware of what their actual account name, however, but the character's name is highly visible; as it is near the top of the Expansion Hardcore Ladder listing for everyone to see. I hope you will be able to take action based on the character name alone.

Wow so instead of ban him, Blizz instead just made it so level 99s poofed from the ladder.. tell me what sense does that make?
