C'mon someone's gotta have some frame of reference.

A lot of these items have odd ee/dex combos and are hard to p/c. I have seen this thread several times and have concluded that I am not sure on a lot of them, but here is my best guess so you have a little something to go off of.

Another PC would be helpfull. The #9 has 1-73 life per kill aswell as damage reduced and the +19 dex at level 0 it's also unspawnable so i'm HOPING a second opinion is better. #2 is a 96% ee +20 dex at level 20 and has gotten me to MQ. #3 needs a second opinion /re pc and #4 a pc. I do however, linkinator, definately appreciate the time and effort you put into providing me this information. Thank you sir.
