I'm not sure if you'd feel all that well, actually. The breathing reflex is stimulated not by the lack of oxygen, but by the saturation of carbon dioxide. This is why you can breathe pure nitrogen, for example, and feel perfectly fine until you pass out and die. So having the extra oxygen in your blood would keep your brain supplied, but you'd probably have a painful urge to breathe because you'd have even more carbon dioxide in your blood than you would normally.
