since today my merc sometimes isnt shown as a portrait and i cannot open his inventory but i stil can see him walking with me. a re-hiring option isnt available ofc.
after rejoin his inventory is acesable again and his portrait shows up too.

does anyone else have this issue?

known bug, just wait until the next patch which will fix this (in 2023).

in duels he can't be targeted

It happens when someone joins the game after you, as soon as they join his avatar disappears, then if he dies and you resurrect him his gear poofs lol

When you resurrect him and his gear has poofed it is display only, he is still wearing the same items, if you try and then equip an item you replace the one he is currently wearing, so no stacking exploit, trust me I tried

Hold him with the mouse, and "Guard" is shown, instead of his name (that's for act2 merc at least).

He becomes unavailable as soon as any other player enters the game you're in.

we need 1.14b now to fix all this crap bugs
