ok. i'm using laying because i figured it didn't matter as well. just some rares with ias str etc.

Ok for the meph ty

1) No. Magefists for a pvm pure trapper, w/s or c/c. Kick/trap it can depend. A nice pair of crafted gloves(blood), or lava gout work well for a budget sin.
2) Lightning > Fire > Cold & Psn. Use Thawing & Antidote potions to help with the last two.

uber mephisto also uses cold attacks which will hurt without proper res
