grief or lw for ut smiter?

smiter uses: 1 stormlash, 2 astreons, 3 grief pb
hammerdin uses: 1 wizzy (um), 2 hoto, 3 last wish pb

a non-budget UT smiter should use grief pb.
if you just want to UT with your Hdin and you don't want to change your whole gear, use lastwish
