depends of other stats

how can it depend on other stats?

the question seems pretty easy :

the first setup has more frw in average but less frw non visible from server ( aka frw from str bugged items + inventory ), while the other one has less frw total but more non visible from server
which one is better?

Both should be applied on a bowa with around 5k ga dmg, 2k hp w/o bo, max res, 9-11k ar

2nd, you need a difference between visible and non visible to desync
