no matter what u use, u can still afk in sanc without probs

Use spirit and get 125% fcr. Treks are bad boots for pvm, swap for rare boots, aldurs or even simple wts.

use hots or ww or aldurs or wt, but no point using treck as you don't need str.
use spirit st 35fcr and get the 125fcr bp

what kind of small charms will be better tho

the reason why I use trek, is for the 15 of strenght to use ds nigma, and to fet 86 of fhr (with spirit)

imo 48fhr in pvm is (more than) enough

i think real hammerdin problem is dr, not res
use coa 31dr , a pala amu 20 fcr , dungo or bb and u are okei when u reach 75 block with ur shield and 125 fcr
