IF i Got Dream Helm and Dream shield on My Paladin..
The Auras will stack, so i gota Lvl 30er Dream Aura.. I got 10 to all Paladin Skills, will it works on the Aura too?? So i got an LVl 40er Schok Aura insteat of a 30er?

And Does the Dream Aura stack with the Holy Schock Aura from my Pala?

No + skills will not increase the holy shock aura, neither will holy shock skills on the paladin. However the synergies to holy shock will help the holy shock aura from the items.

The synergies to holy shock are:
Resist Lightning: +12% Lightning Damage Per Level
Salvation: +4% Lightning Damage Per Level
