What breakpoint do I really need to hit with a hybridsin? I've only ever made them with 30 fhr (from shadow dancers) and they've been fine, but reading up on some guides I see that people think 48 fhr is absolutely necessary to have in a main setup.

What do hybsins even swap out for that extra fhr? 4x scs and lose 80 life? Drop a ber from circ and throw a shael in there? And, heaven forbid, drop highlord's for a 15+fcr ammy and swap circ with COA, -req/res and ias/res jewels? God you'd lose so much ar and damage I shudder to think about it, but is it really a better build?

I'd use 4xscs or 2x12fhr/trap skills gc

the 48 fhr bp is important, compared to the life you lose

48 fhr isn't necessary at all. I personally only use it vs Trappers, vs everything else I use 27 and I think it works well.

edit: the ideal method to hit 48 fhr would be to use 2x 3/20/5s and 1x 6/48/8 fhr large charm, doing so would net you +8 ar over 4x 5 fhr scs. But yes charms are the way to go to get the fhr since otherwise you give up way too much to hit 48 fhr.

Interesting. I may try the large charm idea, but I've never liked maxers on my hybrid, just straight 36/20s for me. What do you swap for the extra 18 fhr vs trappers? Just charms, or do you put on a different helm?

48 fhr is easy... 2x 7 fhr in circ (eg 7 fhr/10@/30 ed/9 str), 5fhr/5@ sc, dancers.

but if it means too much just stay with 27, not that big difference

Well the problem I have with changing what's in my circ is that I'd lose 16 dr, and I love having max dr so easily. I suppose I could just do a swap circlet and 1x sc against trappers.

im sure he had a ghost in mind where you got free sockets on ur circ

27 fhr is just fine vs the most opponents (especially if you're just dueling for fun in pubs with 65 fc)
vs sins u'll need 48 fhr and 102 fc

I'm not even going to try 102/48 on a hyb without a valk. It seems like you'd have to sacrifice a TON of your inv+circ+hilords+rfost to do so.
