So it will crit the phys damage and then convert...but my point is still valid.

If it's a conversion from physical to an elemental or magic, then yes. But if it's something like lite fury, then only the physical javelin strike gets crit'ed, but the lightning bolt trails do not. So there first has to be a physical modifier. Does berserk convert physical damage to magical damage?
