On a synergy heavy build, you can expect about 12K fireclaw damage and roughly 2K-12K physical damage and roughly 50% ds on that.
Shockwave is most amazing in pvm. 1 point on that and you'll have a 13 second stun.
I'd highly suggest using infinnity or eth reapers on that merc, Infinn being my top choice.
There's some other options to this setup (more fireclaw focused I guess which may defeat your reasoning for using etomb).
He could use a 100 life jeweler's armor socketed with 4x resistances/15ias jewels. The 6 frame oias breakpoint is at 55 ias with 90 ias on the weapon so this gets you there and allows you to fire facet your helm, wear arach or verdungoes, use bloodfists or even magefists, and a 2 druid skill amulet (or maras). The cheaper option is to use bloodfists and treachery, which will add even more damage (venom) and resistances (fade) but less life.
He could also double shael the etomb, and at 100 ias weapon, you need 65 oias for 5 frame fireclaws. That would mean a 60 ias armor plus bloodfists, or treachery plus 20 ias gloves (magnus skins, laying of hands). Of course, you lose the extra ed% or res from the etomb jewels to get to 5 frame.
Another option, if you go the bloodfists route, is to use a 45res/45ias jewlers armor with a cham and use two bk rings instead of a raven/bk.
