use grief 34+ ias, its enought

Use a Grief War Spike so you can hit max ias even when slowed by arach or other source

More precisely, Fanaticism does not increase whirl speed (hit check frequency) at all.



Whirlwind hit check frequency is unaffected by any and all slowing effects.
Base weapon speed (WSM) and IAS on either weapon are the only factors to be considered.
