hello i play d2 since 1.08 and i pvped a lot and know very well diablo2 duellos world at final. Because of this i want to show to your the ultimate baba build, and one of the best pvp build overall : the Eternal Whirl Baba.
For this mighty and powerfull fighter there is not impossible duel, all matchup can be won if you are skilled and if you dont rush too much.
Now tEh guide !
Stats :
str = enough for gear, probably nothing
dex = nothing
vita = like 150 in vita for up your life, it is enough
energy = the rest!
i already see noob crying "wtf man energy is useless, wat is this shit?"
Let them cry, with massive energy you up your mana, and with your good bo you can get a very high mana, and it allow you to tele and whirl h24 AND TO NEVER STOP TO DO IT.
skill :
1 in whirl, more make your whirl cost too much mana...and it doesnt rly up the dmg so much
20 battle order
20 shoot
20 axe mastery
20 leap
other skill are not rly so important, but you can make smtg like :
5/10 in passif resistance
5/10 in passif frw
some in iron skin for high def
rest in zerk
Gear :
according to tudey math, im going to use edc + beast as weapon, you can also swap beast for doom sometime, it can be rly gozu in some matchup!
enigma ap (you want str bug for gz synchr)
coa berjah / berber (use berber when you are using arachn or tg as belt, if you want good dr in same time ofc)
areat sock 40ed/15max when you nn dr (especialy vs nec and hammer!)
dungo or bugbelt/tgod/arachn, depending matchup and realm.
frostburn (you want big big mana for eternel whirlwind) or drak (vs dudu) or tranglove (vs cold sorc)
soj (for massive gz mana)
raven (cbf ar dext mana)
hl amu
gore up'd / hotspur / marrow
swap : iris cv for rep mana faster!
as invent i use this :
13 * 20/17 scs for mana (mean +170 mana! and it is before bo man!)
5*20/11 lr
5*20/11 cr
5*5fwr/3dmg max/20ar (more frw for faster eternel whirl!)
5*3/20/20
torch + ani perf
cube with 6 bo helm arachn 1 soj/bk amu 3 bo 2*6 bo weap(for cubefield your bo)
with stuff and stat i said you will get like 2.3k mana! and like 4klife! your whirl got low mana cost so you can whirl all the time and nearly never stop! you can now make eternel whirl!!!
Now the strat part :
vs java
lol so ez duel, i alway own java, take doom and tgod, tele on her, trieternal whirl and c_u!
same shit than java, but keep bugbelt/dungo, and you can too use tranglove or magefist for more fcr! easy to stomp the bowa then.
vs trapsin/hybsin/ghostin
lol so ez, i love to pwn sin, they are so wea.... just whirl away, never stop to whirl, when you whirl you ignore fhr so she cant lock you! and when she tele near to you whirl to her and tri eternal whirl then! rly ez. Don't forget to use tgod!
vs barb
damn...you are not a bvb, so you dont need to do bvb man...just unhost and if they want still duel fake afk, wait someone kill them and nk them! aha so eZ! you can too brb with maxblock vive boner necur, but only if you are good on nec, else baba will pwn you.
if you want try to duel them with your barb, then tele away and dodge whirl all the time, until they get no mana, and then make a surprise tele tri eternelwhirl! if they are not good bvber they will die for sure.
vs ele dudu
my favorite duel...dudu are so funny and ez to kill.
take drakul and marrow, you can also swap beast for botd (gz leech on summon) but you will lose str bug with botd so i would say no need it...just whirl away all the time, all dudu are stupid so they will obviously try to stomp you with namelok...these stupid bm kids cant understand they cant hit you when you make long eternel whirl with full str bug! if you are low life (obviously it is because some sorc noob or necro shit come to help dudu and hit you, or maybe because dudu is shit tmc aa gmod flashhack *** hacker) then use lt charge of marrow on dudu and then whirl his zoo! full life ty dudu lool so ez man!ยง!!
vs rage meta dudu
lol wath a faggot build, this matchup is rly hard for you, if this dudu hit you one time then you are die with psn...make long eternel whirl all the time and avoid it, but you will probably not win vs good one, except maybe if you are top baba realm.
vs necro
hard matchup here, because necro are usualy shit bm defwhore faggot...but dont worry your powerfull eternel whirl baba will pwn those shitty spawns!
dont hunt them too much, camp leap a bit and tele away a lot to avoid spirit... if the necro come too close to you then tri eternel whirl him the fuck! and then ez necro lmao!
if he doesnt do this mistake or if he survives, then just wait he run out of mana and then make a surprise jump attack and tri eternal whirl him.
vs smiter :
lol so ez, just make eternal long whirlwind h24 and it is win, this ez pala will never hit you man.
vs hammer
same than vs ele dudu, but harder because you cant leech on zoo since hammer got no zoo. So dont use drak and marrow and try to trick him with long eternal whirl.
vs foh
erf it is the hardiest matchup...they are big faggot and you cant dodge foh and they dont even need to namelock you for cast it lmao...sometime i think foh is clearly an overpowered char.
Try to ww lock him, with full str bug you have some chance to hit him after a big desynchr, and then tri eternal ww him!
vs any vita sorc
lol rly ez, just play as if you hunt her but avoid all her attack, and when she is out of mana tele tri eternal whirl her! ahaha sorc vita are so ez what a joke char xDDD
vs es sorc
it is harder now...the sorc is es so she got high mana, even higher than your...so you obviously cant use same tactic than vs vita sorc.
get um'd widowmaker and shoot ga at her...avoid her attack and if she come too close to you then trieternalwhirl her.
It is so fucking fun matchup lol, but it can become very long, last duel i did vs good es sorc was like 11min/round^^.
