I want to know, if is in patch 1.13c some difference between mercenary, who is bought (for example on lvl 90) and merc whom is exping with your character (you bought lvl 12 and doing experience with him). So is here any difference for example more hp, or better resistence?

Nope, the only difference is in what difficulty. Normal > Nightmare > Hell for better stats, so unless you want an aura in Nightmare, always hire in Normal.

I dont think so, because on my national forum some guy wrote, that the exped mercenary has got better stats

hire on norm, unless you need the aura from nightmare.

they patched what you are talking after .09, it does not make a difference if you lvl yoru merc or buy them at a high lvl anymore

I think, that I had got mercenary on lvl 91 (with same eq like now) and he has got all resistence 75...

My friend (on national forum) says: I try it on my own hand 1 week before. Mercenary (bought on lvl 89) has got different stats, that mercenary exped from lvl 50. So, where is the true? :-)
