1 of them and depending on amu then maybe the 2/5+ amu option, check which gives more survival

Wiz makes your damage suck, however, you have 200 fcr.

I'd say a sick fcr ring could outperform a soj on 200 fcr es, but then again, 200 fcr es is only for the rich (crafted caster fcr ring w/ str, life, res/repl etc.).

You could do calculations based on the rest of your gear, and see how big the difference in mana will be.
