PvP char for about 80 high runes... Not a hammerdin, I have one of those... Not a hybrid sin, either...

One that is all around effective at killing...

Maybe a BvC, Wind druid, or a bone necro...

Ideas all welcomed and appreciated, since it is being done an average budget please include the charms and gear and average costs...

hoto + spirit 35 + arach + 20fcr/rand stats circl umed+ sands + To gloves + 2dudu/18fcr amy/rand stats + 10fcr/str, life or mana ring, soj
eni, torch, anni, 2x fhr sks, 7x clean sks, cta + spirit on switch. 10x life scs.
u need to manage some resi in items and charms to reach 75@ in hell.
Price of this dudu depends on rare/craft item stats so its up to you what stats u get... but if u take rand stats items it wont cost more than 80- hrs for sure

its 163 fcr/99 fhr build with no block and dr (vs meele u got hammerdin;) cuz 99/99 dudu with mb is just too slow so it can have some problems vs many casters:/

Could I do max block with SS to switch out vs. melee and still be effective?

u will loose sth around 700 life when going with mb, also ull need some fhr sks to get 99 fhr with ss, while they cost a lot:/
I have mb and 163 fcr setup dudu and honestly... i dont use mb setup so often cuz its fuckin slow when 99fcr:/
Without mb the only hard opponents will be barbs, and sometimes gz wwsins and bowwas;)

Should I keep a ber'd stormshield in stash for the DR or just s/e and return with hammerdin vs tough melee?
